Titan Ford

The first instance of venturing away from my usual car dealer in the area, I encounter this catastrophe of a worker. Booked in a service and received a confirmation email on the Monday, Needed to reschedule so called in Friday morning. Service phone receptionist working 24th November was absolutely useless, full of attitude, confused and not worth the chair she occupies. This receptionist failed to find the relevant booking record after I had provided the booking confirmation number, plate number, booking name and the email where the confirmation was sent to. She then proceeds to throw her colleague under the bus as to "not have booked it in properly" - whatever that means. I then had to prompt and refocus this receptionist to move the call forward and re-book. Fast forward to the end of the call, this receptionist is now utterly flustered and confused with the distinction between a privately owned and fleet. You would think that regardless of what the distinction is, your entire job description simply entails booking the customer in based on the process you have been trained on. If you're unsure, politely place the customer on hold and ask your manager. Zero progress was made. This flustered, useless, arrogant call-taker proceeded to state that she had other calls to take, and hung up, but not after throwing some attitude my way with "you DO know we're in Brookvale right?" Given how blasé most car dealerships are with its older staff, I hold very little expectation that any action will be taken by the business to address or reprimand, One star for picking up on the second ring.

My experience with Titan Ford has been nothing but amazing. Jas and Ainsley (cool name) have taken so much time to give me truly impeccable customer support. In terms of my communication with Titan ford, I have had incredibly respectful, helpful, informative, and in the case of me not being available to immediately take calls- flexible responses. I am so grateful to Ainsley, talked me through an engine issue on an expressway in a way that was so calm and empathetic that I did not cause a crash. In terms of service, as someone lacking in automotive knowledge, I can’t recommend the patience and expertise offered by Jasmin. Not only did she take the time to ensure I understood (across multiple visits) the issue with my car, but she also aimed to provide me with a solution that was appropriate to my budget. The work of Titan Ford (specific shout out to these two wonderful Ladies) is A+

Title: A Titan(ic) Experience at Titan Ford, Brookvale - Minus a Little Splash and Vac! Review: 🌟🌟🌟🌟 (4 out of 5 stars) I recently sailed into Titan Ford in Brookvale for a service, and let me tell you, the experience was almost as grand as the name suggests! The staff were friendlier than my grandma at Christmas, quicker than a hiccup, and knew more about cars than Google knows about me - and that's saying something! However, it seems like their washing and vacuuming equipment must've been on a coffee break. I was promised a wash and vacuum that was supposedly included in the service, but it appears my car missed the spa day. Maybe my car just wasn't feeling social? Who knows! In all seriousness, while I did miss the finishing touch of a clean and tidy car, the overall quality of the service and the knowledge and friendliness of the staff were top-notch. It's like getting a delicious cake without the cherry on top - still great but you miss the cherry!
